Unfortunately, LLC’s are not really favourable here in Germany.

I'm sure thats not right. LLC is kinda like a GmbH, you can put your operative GmbH into a Holding GmbH and it's same as I've got here in Switzerland. Gives you tax and security benefits.

If you use a German GmbH, yes. Then it works basically like your structure. But unfortunately, US LLCs are often treated like “Einzelunternehmen” in Germany. But a German GmbH also means possibly dealing with exit tax (Wegzugsbeateuerung) if you ever want to leave the country. Unfortunately, when it comes to taxes (and some other things) we’re far behind Switzerland haha

Yeah yeah, I'm not talking of owning a US LLC in Germany, I talk about its equivalent which should all be based in the Country you are living in. We also have leaving tax for companies, obvously you need to build a structure that fits your situation. If you wanna stay in Germany, you should do a GmbH which is inside a holding. This gives you the security and bebefits. But if you plan on leaving, then yeah its maybe not ideal to do yet.
